Join a Mini-Well in leadership or entrepreneurship

Thank you to everyone who attended our recent major meeting of ‘The Well’ at Akarana Marina in Okahu Bay or at Trinity Wharf in Tauranga, which focused on ‘Faith and Risk-Taking’. The Well is an initiative aimed at encouraging and refreshing businesspeople in their faith.

While we are planning more significant in-person events for 2025, we invite you to join our two ongoing ‘Mini-Well’ Streams in ‘Leadership’ and ‘Entrepreneurship’ in the meantime. Mini-Wells provide opportunities for continuous networking and growth in small groups within your areas of interest. They are designed for entrepreneurs, leaders, and anyone interested in business. These smaller, regular meetings foster deeper networking, mentorship, and exploration of key topics. Participants can utilize study resources and engage in discussions from personal, professional, and faith perspectives.

The Leadership group option by WorkLife involves studying some of the world’s best leadership books including renowned authors such as Greg McKeown, Jim Collins, Simon Sinek and others. Together Leadership group participants are challenged to develop their personal, professional and spiritual lives in a virtual small group setting. Meetings will be held virtually.

Entrepreneurial Mini-Well

As entrepreneurs, we follow in the footsteps of the Original Entrepreneur. From the very beginning, God created us to share in His entrepreneurial process with purpose, passion, and pursuit. He gives us ideas, dreams and ventures to reflect His image and bring about His glory.

Join other entrepreneurs where we’ll watch the ‘Faith Driven Entrepreneur’ foundation video series and learn about the marks of a faith driven entrepreneur. Then together engage in a facilitated discussion where we’ll talk about how to step into your calling and purpose. The course is 8-weeks long and will be held virtually.
